First seen Mar 27, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 12 times

Summary

This study looks at a newer version of a heart valve used to replace a narrowed aortic valve. The valve has special technology to prevent calcium buildup and is stored dry to keep it in better condition. Researchers will follow 150 people who get this valve to see how well it works and how long it lasts using regular heart ultrasounds.
