Summary
This study is for adults aged 18 to 65 with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) that has returned or not responded to treatment. Participants will receive a stem cell transplant from a half-matched donor, along with medicines and immune cells after transplant to try to prevent the cancer from returning. The goal is to see if this approach helps people live longer and keeps the leukemia away.
