Summary
This study tests whether adding salt water (sodium chloride 5%) eye drops to standard antibiotic treatment helps heal bacterial eye infections faster. Researchers will check if the salt water speeds up healing of the cornea, kills bacteria better, and improves eyesight. The study plans to enroll 40 adults with bacterial keratitis.
