New diet tool aims to help hypertension patients cut salt, boost potassium

Summary
This study looks at whether a new educational tool can help adults with high blood pressure eat less salt and more potassium. About 190 participants from two clinics in Singapore will either get the tool or standard care. The goal is to see if the tool helps lower sodium and raise potassium levels over 24 weeks.
