Summary
This study tested a new propellant (HFA-152a) in salbutamol inhalers to see if it works like the current propellant (HFA-134a). Sixty healthy adults aged 18-55 received single doses of salbutamol via both inhalers. The goal was to measure how much drug gets into the blood and how fast. This is early research to support developing a more environmentally friendly inhaler.
