Summary
This study tested a new injectable medicine called SAL003 in 720 adults with high cholesterol that wasn't controlled by statins alone. Participants received either SAL003 or a placebo alongside their usual statin therapy. The goal was to see if adding SAL003 could further lower 'bad' LDL cholesterol after 24 weeks.
