Summary

This study explores whether sailing can improve quality of life, mental well-being, and self-esteem in adults with psychiatric or neurodevelopmental disorders. Forty participants from Seine-Saint-Denis, France, will take part in sailing sessions as part of their psychosocial rehabilitation. The goal is to see if this sport-based program helps people feel better and more connected.
