Summary
This study tested two different exercise programs—Sahrmann and Kendall exercises—in 64 adults aged 18 to 35 who had text neck syndrome from using smartphones over 2 hours daily. The goal was to see which program better reduced neck pain, improved range of motion, and lowered disability. Participants were assessed at the start and after 4 weeks using pain scales and neck disability questionnaires.
