This study's is highlighted.

Recruitment status, easiest to join first

Recruiting now
This trial is taking on new participants right now.
Not yet recruiting
Registered, but not yet taking participants.

Summary

This early-phase trial gave 22 healthy adults a single dose of SAGE-718 or a placebo, followed by a ketamine infusion, to see how the drug affects brain electrical activity. The study was completed and focused on safety and how the body processes the drug. Since it involved healthy volunteers, it does not aim to treat any disease.
