Summary
This study aims to see if taking a daily saffron extract supplement for six weeks can improve sleep quality in middle-aged adults who have mild to moderate sleep problems. Researchers will compare the effects of the saffron supplement against a placebo (a pill with no active ingredient) in 80 participants. They will measure sleep using activity trackers and questionnaires, and also check effects on stress, mood, and overall health.
