Summary
This small study tested whether giving high-flow oxygen before removing a breathing tube is safe and acceptable for ICU patients with severe breathing problems. Only 2 people took part, so the main goal was to see if the study itself could work. Researchers compared the new method to standard low-flow oxygen after tube removal.
