NCT ID NCT04049825
First seen Apr 09, 2026 · Last updated May 18, 2026 · Updated 5 times
Summary
This early-phase study tested a new drug (OPB-111077) combined with two standard chemotherapy drugs (bendamustine and rituximab) in 36 adults with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma that had come back or stopped responding to treatment. The main goal was to check the safety and tolerability of the combination, not to cure the disease. Participants had to have received at least one prior standard treatment and have measurable tumors.
