First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 33 times

Summary

This early-stage trial aims to see if a new type of non-invasive brain stimulation, called temporal interference stimulation, is safe for healthy adults aged 20 to 65. Participants will receive either real or sham stimulation to different brain areas over 10 days, with cognitive tests and MRI scans before and after. The study focuses on side effects and changes in thinking or mood, not on treating any disease.
