Summary
This early-stage study is testing a new antibiotic called BWC0977 in 48 healthy adults to see if it is safe and how the body processes it. Participants will receive either the drug or a placebo by IV. The goal is to gather safety information before testing it in people with infections, especially those resistant to current antibiotics.
