Summary
This early-stage study tested a new drug called ART5803 in 64 healthy adults to see if it is safe and how the body processes it. The drug is being developed for autoimmune encephalitis, a condition where the immune system attacks the brain. Since this was a Phase 1 trial, participants did not have the disease, and the main goal was to check for side effects and measure drug levels in the blood.
