Stem cell retreatment shows promise for tough Crohn's cases

Summary
This study looked at the safety of giving extra doses of a stem cell drug called Remestemcel-L to 73 people with moderate-to-severe Crohn's disease that didn't respond to standard treatments. All participants had already received this treatment in an earlier study. The goal was to see if repeat infusions were safe and could help control the disease.
