Summary
This study tests a drug called sacituzumab tirumotecan in 38 people with advanced thymic epithelial tumors that have grown after at least one prior treatment. The drug is an antibody-drug conjugate designed to target and kill cancer cells. The main goal is to see how many patients' tumors shrink or disappear.
