Summary
This study tests a drug called sacituzumab govitecan in 20 people with ovarian, fallopian tube, or peritoneal cancers that stopped responding to platinum chemotherapy. The drug delivers chemotherapy directly to cancer cells using a targeted antibody. The main goal is to see how many patients' tumors shrink or disappear.
