New hope for Tough-to-Treat bile duct cancer

Summary
This study is testing whether a drug called sacituzumab govitecan can help people with advanced bile duct cancer that has returned or spread after previous treatments. The drug is designed to deliver chemotherapy directly to cancer cells while sparing healthy cells. About 15 participants will receive the drug through an IV to see if it shrinks tumors and is safe.
