New drug combo shows promise for Hard-to-Treat cancers

Summary

This study tests a new drug called S-531011, alone or with other cancer drugs, in people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. The goal is to find the safest dose and see if the drug can shrink tumors or slow their growth. About 282 adults will take part in this early-phase trial.
