Summary
This study is testing whether adding the drug thalidomide to the standard drug ruxolitinib is safe and more effective for treating myelofibrosis, a rare bone marrow cancer. It aims to see if the combination can shrink the cancer and improve symptoms like anemia and spleen enlargement. The trial is for adults whose disease is not responding well to ruxolitinib alone.
