Summary
This study compares two approaches to prevent chronic graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) in 40 adults with blood cancers who receive a stem cell transplant. One group gets a lower dose of a standard drug (cyclophosphamide) followed by the drug ruxolitinib, while the other group gets the standard full dose of cyclophosphamide alone. The goal is to see which method better prevents chronic GVHD within the first year after transplant.
