First seen Jan 08, 2026 · Last updated Jun 23, 2026 · Updated 23 times
Summary
This early-phase trial tests two drugs, ruxolitinib and duvelisib, together in people whose T- or NK-cell lymphoma has come back or stopped responding to treatment. The main goal is to find the safest dose of duvelisib when combined with a fixed dose of ruxolitinib. About 70 participants will take part, and researchers will also check if the combination helps control the disease.
