First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 28 times

Summary

This study tested a combination of two drugs, ruxolitinib and azacytidine, in 121 people with myelofibrosis or related blood cancers. The goal was to see if the combo could shrink tumors and improve blood cell counts. While the treatment aims to control the disease, it is not a cure, and patients may need ongoing therapy.
