Summary
This study is creating a national registry to collect information on 500 Russian patients with extremely high levels of blood fats called triglycerides. The goal is to better understand who gets this condition, how it's currently treated, and its link to health problems like heart disease and pancreatitis. No treatments are being tested; researchers are only observing and documenting real-world patient care to guide future research.
