Summary
This study is testing two approaches to help manage childhood obesity in rural areas. It combines a family-focused mobile health program with training for medical clinics to follow the latest pediatric guidelines. The research involves over 1,000 children and their families across four states to see if this combined strategy improves weight management and health habits.
