Summary
This study looks at how well the approved RSV vaccine Arexvy works in very elderly and frail adults aged 80 and older, compared to those aged 60-65. Researchers will measure immune responses and side effects after the first dose and a booster. The goal is to ensure this high-risk group gets effective protection against RSV, a serious respiratory virus.
