Summary
This study tests a new injection called SIBP-A16 in 36 premature and full-term infants under 1 year old. The goal is to see if it is safe and how the body processes it, with the aim of preventing severe RSV infection. Babies receive either the study drug, a placebo, or an active control, and are monitored for side effects and drug levels.
