Summary
This study tests a new mRNA vaccine (ABO1105) for respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) in 420 healthy adults aged 50 and older. Participants receive one injection of either a low or high dose of the vaccine or a placebo. The goal is to see how well the vaccine triggers an immune response and whether it is safe.
