Summary
This study follows 600 women with retained products of conception (RPOC) to see whether waiting with medication before surgery reduces uterine scarring and protects future fertility. Researchers will compare different treatment approaches to find the safest and most effective strategy. The goal is to help women preserve their ability to get pregnant again.
