Summary

This study tested a new drug called RP-6306 in 28 people with advanced cancer that could not be cured. The goal was to see if adding RP-6306 to standard treatment is safe and works better than standard care alone. Researchers also checked if certain biomarkers in patients helped predict a stronger response.
