New treatment tested for rare Muscle-Weakening disease in kids
NCT ID NCT06149559
Summary
This study is testing an investigational drug called rozanolixizumab in children aged 2 to 18 who have moderate to severe generalized myasthenia gravis (gMG), a rare autoimmune disease that causes muscle weakness. The main goal is to see if the drug is safe and well-tolerated when given as a subcutaneous injection (under the skin) over a 6-week treatment period. Researchers will also measure if the drug helps reduce disease symptoms and lowers the levels of harmful antibodies in the blood.
