First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 30 times
Summary
This study tests an investigational drug called rozanolixizumab in 113 adults with MOG-AD, a rare autoimmune disease that attacks the brain and spinal cord. The goal is to see if the drug can prevent relapses (flare-ups) better than a placebo. Participants receive either the drug or a placebo for a period, then all may receive the drug in an open-label extension. The main measure is how long until the first relapse.
