New collagen patch may speed up shoulder tear recovery

Summary
This study tests a special collagen implant (REGENETEN) to see if it helps people with partial rotator cuff tears return to daily activities faster than standard surgery. About 234 adults with a high-grade tear who haven't improved after 3 months of other treatments will take part. The implant is designed to support healing and may reduce recovery time.
