Summary

This study follows about 200 adults with polycythemia vera (a blood disorder) who do not have an enlarged spleen and are starting treatment with ropeginterferon alfa-2b. Researchers will track symptoms, blood cell counts, and side effects over 36 months in real-world clinics. The goal is to see how well the drug controls the disease and improves daily life.
