Gentler gum prep may improve root coverage surgery

Summary
This study tests if using a gentle air-polishing method to clean tooth roots before gum surgery works as well as the standard hand-scraping method. The goal is to improve how much of the exposed root is covered by the gum after surgery. Twenty adults with gum recession on both sides of the mouth will take part, and results will be checked at 6 and 12 months.
