Summary
This study aims to find out which of two common dental techniques causes less pain after a root canal procedure. Researchers will compare the 'step-down' and 'step-back' methods in 110 adults with a dead tooth nerve. Participants will track their pain levels for several days after treatment to see which technique is more comfortable.
