Dentists test which root canal method hurts less
NCT ID NCT07057388
Summary
This study aimed to find out which of two common dental filling techniques causes less pain after a root canal. Sixty patients with severe tooth nerve inflammation received either the 'single cone' cold method or the 'continuous wave' heated method. Researchers then measured and compared the pain levels patients reported after the procedure to see if one technique was more comfortable.
