Dental study aims to find less painful root canal sealer
NCT ID NCT07410780
Summary
This study is comparing two materials used to seal root canals after treatment to see which causes less pain for patients. Fifty adults needing a root canal for a painful, inflamed tooth will receive either a bioceramic sealer or a calcium hydroxide sealer. Patients will track their pain levels for three days after the procedure to help dentists choose the most comfortable option.
