First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 19 times

Summary

This study looks at ways to reduce pain and bacteria after a root canal on a lower back molar. 60 adults with a painful, inflamed tooth nerve will get one of four final rinses: room-temperature, cold, heated, or ultrasound-activated sodium hypochlorite. The goal is to see which method lowers pain and germs the most.
