First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 16 times
Summary
This study compares two mixtures used inside teeth during root canal treatment to see which one reduces pain better. 80 adults with infected front teeth will receive either calcium hydroxide mixed with saline or calcium hydroxide mixed with chlorhexidine. Pain levels are checked at 12, 24, and 48 hours after treatment. The goal is to find a more effective way to ease discomfort after the procedure.
