New study tests if sound waves improve root canal fillings

Summary
This study compares two ways to clean and fill root canals: one using a standard syringe and the other using ultrasonic vibrations. About 118 adults with painful molars will be randomly assigned to one method. The goal is to see which technique gives a better seal and fills tiny side canals more completely.
