New study tests which root canal method hurts less and helps more

Summary
This study looks at three ways to clean a tooth during a root canal: standard syringe, ultrasound, and laser. Researchers want to see which method causes less pain and improves daily life the most. About 90 adults with infected or damaged permanent teeth will take part, and their results will be checked after one year.
