New root canal filler tested: could it save more teeth?

Summary
This study tests a new bioceramic sealer against a traditional epoxy resin sealer for root canals. Eighty healthy adults needing root canal treatment will be followed for up to 24 months to see which technique leads to better tooth survival and healing. X-rays and pain scores will be used to compare results.
