Summary
This study compares two root canal filling techniques to see which one helps teeth survive and heal better. Researchers will follow 80 healthy adults for up to two years after treatment, using X-rays and pain reports to measure success. The goal is to find out if a newer bioceramic material works better than the traditional epoxy resin sealer.
