Summary
This study compares two root canal filling techniques in 80 healthy adults aged 18-75 with tooth infections. One method uses a new bioceramic sealer with a warm carrier, the other uses a traditional epoxy resin sealer. The goal is to see which technique leads to better tooth survival and healing over 24 months.
