Summary

This study looked at different ways to clean a tooth's root canal to see which one causes the least pain afterward. Eighty adults with a dead front tooth received one of several disinfection methods. Their pain was checked at 6, 24, 48, and 72 hours, and again after a week. The goal was to find the gentlest cleaning method for a more comfortable recovery.
