Summary
This study follows 150 people aged 18 to 65 who receive a ROMAX hip resurfacing implant for arthritis or hip dysplasia. Researchers will check how well the implant works and how long it lasts by tracking any needed replacements over 10 years. The goal is to confirm the device is safe and effective for managing hip problems.
