Summary
This study was designed to see if a blood test called the ROMA score could find ovarian cancer coming back sooner than the usual CA125 test. The goal was to catch recurrences early, which might allow less invasive surgery and improve quality of life. However, the study was withdrawn before enrolling any participants, so no results are available.
