Lifeline for KRAS cancer patients: drug access extended in safety study

Summary
This study offers continued access to sotorasib (with or without panitumumab) for adults with advanced solid tumors who have a KRAS G12C mutation and were already benefiting from the drug in a previous Amgen trial. The main goal is to monitor safety and side effects over time. About 14 participants will take the medication orally and keep a daily diary.
